3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not using the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Respecting intellectual property rights

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Razorpay.

• Payments are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Price changes will be communicated in advance
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

SuperPopup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued, and data may be deleted according to our data retention policy.
