Cancellation/Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your SuperPopup subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to all features until the end of your paid period
  • No charges will occur after your subscription is cancelled
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers who are not satisfied with our service.

Eligible for Refund:

  • First-time subscribers within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Technical issues that prevent service usage and cannot be resolved
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service outages exceeding our SLA commitments

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Subscriptions older than 30 days
  • Renewal charges (these can be cancelled for future periods)
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • Downgrade requests (difference in plan pricing)

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@superpopup.com
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund request
  3. Allow 3-5 business days for review and processing
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  5. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

4. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations due to service issues
  • Billing errors or overcharges
  • Service credit for extended outages

5. Free Trial and Free Plan

Our free plan and trial periods do not require payment and therefore are not eligible for refunds. You may cancel these at any time without any charges.

6. Data Retention

Upon cancellation or refund:

  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • During this period, you can reactivate and restore your data
  • After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted
  • You can request immediate data deletion upon cancellation
